Parentodo Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Parentodo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Parentodo helps parents organize family-related tasks and events from shared/imported content and manual entry, with optional AI extraction, local reminders, cloud sync, and family sharing.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract. The app is intended for adults (parents / caregivers), not children as primary users.

4. Account

You sign in with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you lack rights to process
Do not access others’ data except via legitimate family sharing
Do not abuse invites, scrape, or bypass security
Do not use the app to harm minors or violate applicable laws

6. AI extraction

AI suggestions are assistive only. You must review candidates before confirming. Perfect extraction is not guaranteed.

7. Family sharing

Invited members can view and edit shared household data. Owners must transfer or dissolve a multi-member family before deleting their account.

8. Notifications

Local reminders depend on device permission and OS scheduling; delivery is not guaranteed if restricted.

9. Third-party services

Google Sign-In, Firebase, and Google Gemini process data under their own terms when you use related features.

10. Disclaimers & liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Liability is limited as described in the full Terms markdown.

11. Termination

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for Terms violations or risk to the service.
